These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at naughtygang.com, our mailing list, and the games and apps published by Naughty Gang Interactive Group ("Naughty Gang," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Who Can Use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your country) to use the Services generally. Some Games — including Let's Play Couples Games and Drinky Linky — contain mature or adult humor and drinking-game themes, and are intended for players who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction where relevant, and otherwise old enough to access age-restricted content under local law and applicable app store ratings. Nothing in our Games encourages irresponsible or underage alcohol consumption — play (and drink, if you choose to) responsibly.
2. The Services
Naughty Gang is a small studio developing mobile games for iOS and Android, currently including Conquest of Galaxies, Let's Play Couples Games, Drinky Linky, and Older Than You Think. Games are in development and features, availability, and release dates may change without notice. The Site also offers a mailing list for launch and beta updates.
3. Your Account & Conduct
If a Game requires an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or the terms of the app store you downloaded a Game from
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of a Game, except where the law expressly permits it
- Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
4. Intellectual Property
The Games, this Site, and all related names, logos, artwork, text, and other content are owned by Naughty Gang or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games and Site for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.
5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
Some Games may offer in-app purchases or virtual items (such as currency, cosmetics, or boosts). These have no cash value outside the Game, are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable app store's policies, and purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.
6. Mailing List
By subscribing to our mailing list you consent to receive emails about Naughty Gang launches, betas, and updates. We use MailerLite to send these emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (app stores, our email provider, hosting provider, social media). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naughty Gang Interactive Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
