It applies to our website at naughtygang.com (the "Site"), our mailing list, and our games and apps (the "Games") once they're available.

- Mailing list: if you sign up to hear about launches and beta invites, we collect your email address through our email provider, MailerLite.
- Contact: if you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in that message (your address, and the content of your message).
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: when you visit the Site or play a Game, we (and services we use) may automatically collect device type, operating system, general location (derived from IP address), app version, and how you interact with the Site or Game.
- Gameplay data: in-game progress, settings, and similar data needed to make the Games work, which may be stored locally on your device or, for features like leaderboards or cloud saves, on our servers or a service provider's servers.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Games
- To send the emails you've signed up for (and nothing else)
- To understand how people use our Games so we can fix bugs and build better features
- To respond to support requests and other messages you send us

3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of outside services to run the Site and Games, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- MailerLite — manages our mailing list and delivers our emails.
- Microsoft Azure — hosts this website.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this Site.
- App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) — handle app distribution, purchases, and provide us aggregate installation and usage analytics for our Games.
Future versions of our Games may also use analytics or advertising partners to support free-to-play features; if so, we'll update this policy to name them and describe what they collect.
4. Children's Privacy
Naughty Gang's Games are made for a general or mature audience — several, like Let's Play Couples Games and Drinky Linky, contain adult humor or drinking-game themes and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@naughtygang.com and we'll delete it.
5. Data Retention & Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, mailing list addresses until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Email preferences: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly.

- Do Not Track: our Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

We're based in the United States, and information we collect may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site or Games, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
